Designer lighting, staircase in harmony with our poetic street art fresco.

Méta News team

A few night photos highlight the lights, suspensions and staircase that we designed with the architect so that the harmony is perfect.

Their format? Necessarily Giant!! 120 cm in diameter, 7 meters of suspension. Repainted black, they are a perfect accompaniment to our contemporary mural.

THINK BIG

The XXL trend is putting a little madness in our interiors, including in companies. Grandiose, unusual and completely offbeat, it revisits the way we arrange and decorate the space. Objects, furniture, frescoes, decorations and lighting become oversized, for a spectacular rendering. They play with unusual shapes and heights. With the XXL trend, it’s time for excess!

Are the lights works of art? Definitely YES.

Some XXL lights are true works of art. Amazing in their shape and visual impact, they occupy the space like no one else. They are imposing by their size and their wire composition. Huge but very light, imposing but not massive, the XXL models are very airy. They can be easily placed in a reception hall, an open space, meeting rooms, a showroom regardless of the decorating style of the room. They adapt to a contemporary atmosphere.

For this exceptional creation on a raw concrete wall, we remembered our discovery of the Garden by the bay in Singapore.

Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay is the largest park in Singapore and has become the symbol of the city as well as its most popular attraction. They cover an area of 101 hectares and are home to more than one million plants from five continents.

After nearly five years of construction and more than $1 billion in investment, Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay opened in June 2012, taking another step towards achieving the government’s goal of becoming “a city in a garden.”

Apart from the plants, the water and the landscape itself, in the immensity of these gardens, there are also several structures, where the “Super-trees” and greenhouses are particularly noteworthy.

Supertrees

The “Supertrees” are the park’s most iconic structures. These 18 giants measuring between 25 and 50 meters high, in addition to giving the atmosphere a magical atmosphere, are surrounded by an outdoor vertical garden and feature solar panels at the top.

Most of these “trees” are in the area known as the Supertree Groove, in the center of the park. If you want to contemplate the gardens from above, the two largest are connected by a 128-metre-long walkway.

At nightfall, the lighting in this area is spectacular.

Greenhouses

The two largest structures in the Gardens by the Bay are their greenhouses, two huge domes covered in thousands of glass panels called Cloud Forest and Flower Dome.

The first, Cloud Forest, is built around a 35-meter-high artificial mountain where the world’s tallest indoor waterfall is hidden. As you descend from this mountain, you will see the different habitats that exist depending on the altitude. There are plants that live there at an altitude of more than 2,000 metres.

With more than 12,000 square meters, Flower Dome is cataloged as thelargest glass greenhouse in the world. Inside, you’ll find flowers from all over the world.
